On October 11, 2019, at approximately 2 AM, PO Triano was in the area of
Passaic Avenue and Central Avenue when he observed an individual who he knew
had an active warrant out of Newark, NJ. The 42 year old male was placed under
arrest and released on his own recognizance by Newark PD.
