It is my great honor to serve as Chief of Police for the Harrison Department. Since assuming this role, my primary focus has been ensuring the safety and security of all members of our community while upholding the values of integrity, fairness, and professionalism in law enforcement.  

As our town continues to evolve and grow, the Harrison Police Department remains committed to delivering exceptional service to our residents, businesses, and visitors. Our officers are dedicated to fostering strong relationships within the community and maintaining the highest standards of policing. Through a combination of proactive engagement, strategic enforcement, and community collaboration, we strive to create a safer environment for everyone.  

Some of the key initiatives we are focusing on include:  

Community Policing & Outreach:  Strengthening our connection with the community through outreach programs, town meetings, and direct interactions with residents. We have implemented specialized patrols and neighborhood policing efforts to enhance visibility and trust.  

Crime Prevention Strategies: Deploying targeted enforcement measures and utilizing advanced policing techniques to reduce crime and enhance public safety. Our Crime Suppression officers work diligently to identify and address areas requiring increased attention.  

Professional Development & Training:   Ensuring our officers receive continuous training in modern policing methods, ethics, and community relations to provide the highest level of service possible.  

Transparency & Collaboration:  Partnering with local leaders, residents, and organizations to foster a system of open communication that strengthens trust between law enforcement and the community.  

Our policing philosophy is built on a foundation of respect, service, and accountability. We believe that a strong partnership between law enforcement and the community is essential to achieving safety and success.
