PUBLIC NOTICE

HARRISON REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY

 

Resolution Adopting the Regular Schedule of Meeting Dates for 2026

 

Resolution No. 7-11-2025

 

WHEREAS, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 10:4-6, et seq., known as the Open Public Meetings Act (the “Act”), all meetings of all public bodies wherein formal action, decisions or discussion relating to the public business that may take place are required to be publicly announced and scheduled, with adequate posting and advance notice of the time, date, location, and to the extent known, the purpose or agenda of each such meeting.

 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Commissioners of the Harrison Redevelopment Agency of the Town of Harrison, Hudson County, New Jersey (the “HRA”), as follows:

 

THAT, the regular meetings of the HRA shall be held on the Third Floor at 318 Harrison Avenue, Harrison, NJ 07029, on the second and fourth Monday of each month unless otherwise noted. The 2026 Schedule of Regular Meetings follows:

 

MEETING TIME: 1:00 P.M.

PURPOSE OR AGENDA: ANY AND ALL PUBLIC BUSINESS

THAT, such other meetings as the public business may require may be scheduled and held, but pursuant to and with such additional notice as is required by said Act; and

 

THAT, as to the 2026 Schedule of Regular Meetings, appropriate officials are hereby authorized and directed to:

  1. Post and maintain a copy on the Harrison Redevelopment Agency (Town of Harrison) bulletin board;
  2. File with the Town Clerk;
  3. Forward copies to the Star-Ledger and the Observer, the official newspapers circulating in Harrison; and
  4. Do all that is necessary hereafter to comply with said Act to the end that adequate public notice of all such meetings, pursuant to such Act, be given according to law.
